Despicable and insensitive and bigoted? Yes. It promotes a belief that has resulted in mass genocide of indigenous people in the Americas, and it serves to normalize and glorify oppression. More from the change.org petition (inspired and started by fellow MSWs):

This shirt is marketed to teens and young adults and it gives no context of the racism and inequality that persists in our society, to this day, as a result of this doctrine.

And here’s what the designer Mark McNairy tweeted in response to protest against his shirt design:
